A naughty boy went to zoo. He saw bears that were
walking inside the fenced place. He threw his popcorns from the bag. The
zookeeper saw it and shouted “Hey! What if everybody did that?” Imagine if everyone who visits the zoo threw
food to the animals. The animals will eat all the food and become sick and the
whole place turns out messy.
The boy goes to a supermarket and took a grocery
cart out of the line. He pushed the cart and it went faster unduly. The shop
manger shouted “Hey! What if everybody did that?” Don’t you think it will be a
big problem? All the grocery items will be on the floor. The packets will be
opened. People running with their carts here and there….Nooooo….can’t imagine.
On the way to his grandparent’s home, he threw an
empty soda can out of the car’s window. The police patrol stopped the car and
asked him “What if everybody did that?”When all the travelers threw plastic
bottles, cans, plastic bags, empty food covers out on the road. Imagine how our
roads will be?
The boy went to his Uncle’s wedding. He saw the big
beautiful yummiest wedding cake with strawberry frosting on it. He licked the
cake. The Woman server looked at him and said “What if everybody did that?” Our
parents, uncles, aunties and cousins each took a piece of the wedding cake. Is
it a good manner?? Poor Bride and groom!!
The boy told his baby sitter that he took bath once
in a year. But she asked him to bathe now and also said “What if everybody did
that?” Bad odor from everyone! Oh my
Goodness…I will close my nose or wear a mask….… it stinnksss…
During the story time, he was shouting and wanting
to say something to the librarian. The Librarian said “What if everybody did
that?” You should wait patiently until the librarian finishes the narration.
When he sat in a car waiting for his dad to come out
of the home and drive it. He started honking the horn for, say - one, two,
three, four, five times. His neighbor came out and started to shout “What if
everybody did that?”
You must be calm and quiet when you are in the car.
No pressing the horns, playing with car keys, door handles or the power window
buttons. Imagine if all started honking their car horns, it will be very noisy.
It is noise pollution.
In the swimming pool, the boy splashes water on
everyone and even outside the pool. The Lifeguard blew his whistle and said
“What if everybody did that?” So, No splashing water in the swimming pool, it will
cause trouble to the swimmers.
On the bus, the boy just stood up on the bus seat to
see the fire truck. But the bus driver glared at him and said “What if
everybody did that?”
Children should not stand up on the bus seat or run
inside the school bus.
Just once the boy didn’t hang the coat on the rack
at school. The teacher made him to pick the coat from the floor and said “What
if everybody did that?”
At skiing, the boy threw just one snowball at Sammy,
his friend. But the Skiing teacher Mr. Walter punished him and asked him to
stand near the wall and said “What if everybody did that?”
When the boy and his parents went out for dinner, he
blew a straw wrapper in the air. The waitress, who was taking orders, stopped
and looked at the boy and said “What if everybody did that?”
After a baseball match, the boy ran on the field to get his favorite player’s autograph. But the officials stopped him and said “What if everybody did that?”
This story will teach the kids some good manners.
